Besides our LMP3 car we also had our respresantative from the USA with us in France. Robert Siska for the second time this year jumped in a Formula Renault. Paul Ricard is a very difficult track and Robert had never been here before. With every time he went out on track he was increasing his performance. In the qualifying practice he ended up in 26th place but immediately promised that he will fight for better positions in the race. He did what he said. After a phenomenal start he gained some positions already before the first corner. After a fierce battle he crossed the line as the 21st competitor. The second race began even better. Sadly at the end he went off track while trying to gain another position and rejoined at the 22nd place. He was able to catch up with the pack in front of him, but there was not enough time to make a move on them. The last race Robert started as 18th on the grid. He drove flawlessly which resulted in a superb 14th place finish. Robert once again has shown that despite his age, his heart is in the right place. His next competition will be the VdeV race in Mugello.
