The last round of the European Le Mans Series will take place in Portimao on 24 October. The Inter Europol Competition team is with the #13 in fourth place in the championship and with the #14 in seventh place. One more race to push for a win to see if a third place in the championship is possible for the #13.

Martin Hippe: ?My memories of Portimao are a roller coaster similar to this beautiful track itself. I have had wonderful but also very bitter moments here over the past few years.? Unfortunately, we haven’t had the necessary luck so far this year, but after winning at least one race per season for the past three years, this calculation is still open this year and, victory is our clear goal!?

Ugo de Wilde: ?So, here we are, already the last race of the season! I?m really motivated to end the season on a high and finally get what I think we could have had several times without issues or bad luck; a win. This track is challenging but also nice to drive. We have a really good line-up this weekend with Adam joining the team. We all worked very hard this season so I hope everything comes together this weekend.. Let?s go team ? one last push!?

Adam Eteki: „I am very happy to be racing for the first time with Inter Europol Competition. I have been following the team now for a few years and saw that it achieved some very nice results in LMP3 over the last three seasons. It will be a pleasure to work with Martin Hippe. Ugo and I have raced together earlier this year in Zolder and he is also a close friend of mine; working with him will be easy. There will be other strong LMP3 cars in the field but I am convinced that our line-up can do something good in Portimao. Can’t wait to be there and to wear the green and yellow racing suit for the first time !”

Nico Pino: ?I am looking forward to racing the track with the LMP3. Last weekend I was here in a GT4 car, so the lay-out is not the challenge. We have a pretty good line-up, so I am convinced we will get a good result.?

Mateusz Kaprzyk: ?Portimao is another new track for me to learn. It looks very special and beautiful and it will be nice to add this one to the tracks I have already raced on. I will push for a good result as Spa was not what we hoped for.?

Patryk Krupinski: ?It is going to be an exciting weekend. New car, new team. I have tested at Portimao with a GT car but have not raced there. I am very much looking forward to this new experience.?
