It has been an incident filled race so far. But equally so far, the #34 is keeping out of trouble and at the time of writing the Inter Europol Competition car is in P5 in LMP2 and overall, in 9^th place.

In the night Brundle and van der Zande are doing triple stints while does Smiechowski double stints. As this is written Renger van der Zande is in the car for a triple stint.

Alex Brundle: “I enjoyed this stint. The car is coming alive during the race, as I hoped it would be. I am pretty happy how it is going. At some point we will hit the after burners, but not yet. We are not even half-way.”

Kuba Smiechowski: “It was a very difficult stint with rain in the middle and many incidents and therefor a lot of slow zones and yellow flags, and full course yellows. But I managed to survive. Now I am free for a couple of hours and will try to sleep.”
