ELMS IMOLA: TURN PACE AND RELIABILITY INTO POINTS

11 May 2022

All three cars of the Inter Europol Competition team looked set for good results and even a podium place in the first European Le Mans Series race at Le Castellet one month ago. However, not much went as planned and hoped for. All three crews are now looking to turn pace and reliability into points in the championship.

LMP2 #43 David Heinemeier Hanson: “I am looking forward to converting the pace we had at Paul Ricard into a complete result at Imola. This is our last dress rehearsal before Le Mans. Time to prove we’re ready.”

LMP3 #13 Charles Crews: ?Paul Ricard was nearly perfect and what I would consider one of my best drives in ELMS to date. However, we left with zero points. We will certainly be after redemption coming into Imola and also looking to make large gains in the championship; it?s victory or nothing from here forward in the next five rounds.?

LMP3 #14 James Dayson:??I’m stoked to get back in the car. Imola is such a historic track and presents good challenges from a technical point of view. It will be fun to drive it and see what we can accomplish as a team.?
