And …. we are back where the 2020 season started. The Inter Europol Competition team is once again at circuit Paul Ricard at Le Castellet for the third race of the European Le Mans Series which will take place on Saturday evening August 29^th.

In the first race in July on the red and blue striped circuit, the #13 Ligier LMP3 with Nigel Moore and Martin Hippe finished second and the only Ligier LMP2 (#34) in the field of Kuba Smiechowski, Matevos Isaakyan and Rene Binder finished a solid seventh.

Sascha Fassbender (team manager): “This circuit has been good to us in the first race of the season. It is also, because of the long straight here, a good practice for Le Mans for our LMP2. It will also be good practice for our three drivers in the #34 Ligier LMP2 to drive in the dark. As this year, due to it being September, a lot more driving will be done at the 24H at Le Mans in the dark. Further, between Spa and this race, we have tested with both our new Ligier LMP3. So, we are looking forward to this race to see the improvements.”
