Inter Europol Competition set to join Le Mans Cup grid for 2023
22 August 2022
Inter Europol Competition are pleased to confirm its intention to field two Ligier JS P320s in next year’s Michelin Le Mans Cup.
The Polish-based team already run three cars in the European Le Mans Series – two LMP3s and one LMP2 – and a single entry in the FIA World Endurance Championship. The decision to field entries in the Le Mans Cup will help Inter Europol Competition create a strong prototype ladder within the three ACO-run championships.
In addition to the Le Mans Cup expansion, the team plans – once again – to compete in the Asian Le Mans Series in early 2023 and is looking at IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship options to race in North America.
With entries submitted in no less than four championships for 2023, Inter Europol Competition continues to thrive at the highest level of global sportscar racing.
Le Mans Cup consists of five meetings per year, largely following the schedule of the European Le Mans Series, with the highlight being the “Road to Le Mans” hosted at Circuit de la Sarthe during the build-up to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Inter Europol Competition will announce its drivers at a later date.
