The Inter Europol Competition team is going for their biggest challenge yet. The team has bought a Ligier LMP2 and will be looking at racing in the 2019 season of the European Le Mans Series. The team will also continue racing with their LMP3.

Three years ago, the team started racing with the Ligier LMP3. In choosing again for a Ligier, the team is staying with the same partner as it has worked very well over the last three years. Not only did the Inter Europol Competition team win the VdeV in 2016 and 2017 but moved from 12^thin 2016 to fifth in 2017 in the European Le Mans Series. In 2019 the team will continue to run the LMP3 but will have a separate team looking after the LMP2. This year the team added the Asian Le Mans Series to their already busy challenge.

This weekend (22 – 23 September) the team will be at Spa with the European Le Mans Series. The LMP3 #13 will see regular teammates Kuba Smiechowski and Martin Hippe driving. In the #14 LMP3 Paul Scheuschner and Luca Demarchi will be joined by young Swiss driver Moritz Müller-Crepon, who also joined the team a couple of weeks ago at Navarra with the VdeV.
