(English) One LMP3 in the Road to Le Mans races

Only one entry was given to the Inter Europol Competition team for the Road to le Mans races. As all the numbers usually associated with the team, 13, 14, 34 and 43, were already taken, the green and yellow Ligier LMP3 will drive with the number 54. 36 LMP3, one innovative car, and 13 GT3s will take the start in two 55 minutes races on Thursday 9 and Saturday 11 June.

The team?s LMP3 raced the 13.8 km long track for the first and only time in 2019. In race 1, the car with #13 finished in 18th place and in the second race, 26th in class.

Noam Abramczyk: ?I’m very excited to drive in the Road to Le Mans races with my team. Not only because it?s special to race on this mythical track and also because even if Le Castellet is my home circuit, this feels like my second home.?

Donald Yount: ?I am excited to join Inter Europol Competition for the Road to Le Mans race. This, for sure, is a bucket list race I have wanted to run for several years. Looking forward to getting back in a prototype at such a big event!?

Martin Hippe (Team manager LMP3 #54): ?I am very proud and thankful to be able to contest the Road to Le Mans races with such a great team as team manager. However, as a driver, the 24 Hours of Le Mans was always my big personal dream. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to do this so far. I’m looking forward to working with Don, Noam and the whole team and we keep our fingers crossed for a good result.?
