Since 2010 the Inter Europol Competition team runs different cars in different international championships. This year the team participates with two LMP3 and one LMP2 in the European Le Mans Series. The team currently leads the LMP3 class in this series. Furthermore, the team will defend its title in the Asian Le Mans Series and will run one LMP3 and two LMP2 in the 2019-2020 season.

 

In our race team the following positions in Hameln (Germany) are new to fill

 

Number 1 mechanic (m/f/d)

 

Your duties:

 

• Coordination of all processes of rebuilt, maintenance and care of a racing car
• Time recording and control of components
• Defect reporting
• International test and race events
• Setting up and dismantling of the pit box at tests and races
• Carrying out pit stops

 

Your qualifications

 

• Completed training as a motor vehicle mechanic / mechatronics technician
• Experience in motorsport as a mechanic
• Distinct technical skills and good technical understanding
• Team spirit, motivation and organizational skills
• English in speech and writing

Your duties:

 

• International test and race events
• Driving the team?s trucks including the race cars and the equipment to/from the event
• Setting up and dismantling of the pit box at tests and races
• Tyre handling on the race track
• Maintenance and care of equipment
• Fleet management including all necessary measures (T?V, SP, etc.)
• Helping out with pit stops

 

Your qualifications:

 

• Experience in motor sports an advantage
• Craftsmanship and good technical understanding
• Team spirit, motivation and organizational skills
• English in speech and writing.
• Driving licence class C / CE incl. driver card
