Martin Hippe (GER) will once again race the #13 car but with a new teammate, Nigel Moore (ENG). Hippe finished second in the ELMS in 2018 and won the Asian Le Mans series in season 2018\/2019 with the team\u2019s now LMP2 driver Kuba Smiechowski.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martin Hippe:<\/strong>\u201cI am really happy and proud to race another year with Inter Europol Competition in the ELMS.\u00a0It will not be easy, but I hope we can better the great performance from the last ELMS with one place.\u00a0I am really happy with my new teammate, Nigel, as has shown a stunning performance in Asia and I am really looking forward to work with him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nigel Moore:<\/strong>&#8220;I am delighted to finally by able to sign with Inter Europol Competition and be part of the team for the ELMS series. Hopefully we shall be competative from the word go.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sascha Fassbender (Team Manager):<\/strong>\u201cI am very happy to welcome Nigel in our team as one of the strongest drivers in LMP3. He has shown his speed in many LMP3 races.
