Clio Cup Central Europe winner joins the Team at Magny Cours

15 October 2019

For the first of three consecutive race weekends, the Inter Europol Competition team will go to Magny Cours for the Ultimate Cup Series penultimate 2019 race. In the Ligier LMP3 #14 regular Paul Scheuschner will be joined by Czech driver Tomáš Pekař, winner of the Renault Clio Cup Central Europe 2019 season. The third driver will be Constantin Schöll, who also is Scheuschner’s team mate in the European Le Mans Series.

The vice champion of the 2019 Clio Cup Central Europe, Dutch driver Sebastiaan Bleekemolen, will be part of the team in the Ultimate Cup Series final race at Paul Ricard in two weeks’ time.

Besides their #14 Ligier LMP3 the team will also run three Formula Renault 2.0.

The three Formula Renaults at Magny Cours will be raced by two Australians, Vince Tesoriero and Bill Papas, and by 76-year old American Robert Siska. Siska has been part of the team for over seven years and was on the podium at the Hungaroring in last weekend’s ESET V4 series.

After Magny Cours the team will go to Portimao to fight for the LMP3 title in the season finale of the European Le Mans Series (25-27 October). The last 2019 European race will be the Ultimate Cup Series at Paul Ricard on 2 and 3 November.
